Fiserv CBS Worldwide, a unit of Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ:FISV), continues success in the large bank market space with the announcement that Allstate Bank, an affiliate of an insurance industry leader, Allstate Insurance Company headquartered in Illinois, has signed an outsourcing agreement with Fiserv CBS Worldwide for core account processing.

In addition to the Fiserv CBS core solution, Allstate Bank will use CBS Communicator, Fiserv’s industry leading XML-based middleware, to integrate multiple third party applications as well as a proprietary front-end solution for boarding new accounts. Allstate Bank will also be transitioning their Item Processing, Lockbox and Document Solution services to Fiserv.

Allstate Bank has already begun their conversion efforts, and plans to be fully integrated by next summer.
