(NASDAQ: FISV), announced today that ShenZhen Rural Commercial Bank, China (SRCB) has contracted to implement Fiserv International Comprehensive Banking System (ICBS) through Digital China.
As the financial services industry in China began to expand, SRCB realized it could only remain competitive in this growing market if it upgraded its technology. Based in the city of ShenZhen, which is the most successful Special Economic Zone in China and remains one of the fastest growing technology markets in China, SRCB currently has 200 branches and more than 7 million accounts.
After evaluating several local and foreign vendors, ShenZhen decided to partner with Fiserv, who met the following critical requirements:
